Each customer will receive a bill of sale detailed below.

BILL OF SALE

Valina Diane DiGiacomo (“Artist”) for valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby sells, transfers, conveys and delivers to ________________(“Buyer”), the physical work of art described below, including its frame, but excluding Artist’s copyright interest therein and without waving any rights under the Visual Artist’s Rights Act of 1990 (the “Property”).

The Artist hereby represents and warrants that the Property is the original creation of the Artist and that all of the information set forth herein is accurate.  Artist is the sole owner of the Property and all rights therein and has the capacity to sell the Property to the Buyer.  There are no liens or encumbrances on the Property and upon execution of this Bill of Sale and delivery of the Property to the Buyer ownership of the Property and right to possession of the Property passes from the Artist to the Buyer.
